Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners in Charleston, SC is seeking a Patient Access and Pre-Access Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the patient access/pre-access team. You will ensure efficient workflows, manage scheduling, monitor KPIs, and uphold regulatory standards.

You will coach staff, resolve complex issues, and partner with clients to optimize front-end processes while driving onboarding, training, and continuous development to improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
