Part-Time Manager/3rd Key Holder Opportunity
About the Role

As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales.
  2. Opening and closing the store in the absence of other management, ensuring it trades safely and legally.
  3. Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
  4. Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
  5. Demonstrating Claire’s products.
  6. Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge.
  7. Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
  8. Ear piercing (full training provided).
  9. Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to customers.

Qualifications - External
About You
  • Some high school education required.
  • Minimum 1 year retail experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Understanding of the importance of Customer Service.
  • Strong math skills and reading comprehension.
  • Ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  • Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and assist customers.
  • Ability to operate POS system.

Compensation Range: $9.50 - $11.00 per hour.

Claire’s complies with all applicable laws and policies. Positions are paid at or above the minimum wage for the location, with final compensation based on experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.

Benefits for full-time employees include medical, dental, vision insurance, voluntary welfare plans, bonus eligibility, 401(k) match, vacation, sick leave, and paid time off.
