Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Supervisor in New York, NY to help run store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead, coach and train the team, aiming to meet sales and performance goals while upholding the brand's heritage and standards.

You will supervise customer service, manage cash handling, inventory, opening/closing duties, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service and retail experience.
• 1 year of experience directing the work of others.
• Solid experience and demonstrated skills in supervising, coaching and training sales associates.
• Strong customer service orientation; helpful demeanor and a passion for providing an excellent customer experience.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment and not become frustrated with last minute changes.
• Must demonstrate an energetic, positive interest in Levi Strauss & Co.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts.

COMPENSATION

The pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements or $21.15 - $35.25 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
