JCPenney is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in delivering a great customer experience and achieving sales goals. You will drive store execution, product knowledge, and professional standards while leading a team on daily tasks.

The role emphasizes adaptability, a competitive spirit, and a proactive mindset to develop managers, associates, and customers, including weekend/evening availability and occasional travel between stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Pay Range

USD $16.50/Hr - USD $22.75/Hr.
