Nike, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead the store team and deliver the Nike experience. You will train associates, drive service standards, and help customers find the right products while managing day-to-day operations.

This full-time role requires 18+ with retail or consumer service experience, flexibility for nights/weekends, cash handling, and stock/display duties. Nike offers benefits, discounts, and growth opportunities as part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Putting Your Best Foot Forward

• Must be at least 18
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
