Job summary

Intermediate Unit 1 is seeking a supervisor to provide effective and compliant oversight of employees and linked school and community programs. The role supports direction, coordination, and evaluation of these services within a 12-month framework.

The successful candidate holds a Master’s Degree, PDE Teaching and Administrative Certifications (CSPG) and has at least five years of professional experience to ensure quality administration and compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• PDE Teaching Certification required.
• PDE Administrative Certification in accordance with CSPG as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective and compliant supervisory support to IU1 employees and assigned school and community programs.
• Assist in the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these services.

Act 93 Position (12-month position). The salary range for this position starts at $89,853.
