Job summary

Nike Desert Ridge seeks a Retail Supervisor to lead a high-volume store team in Phoenix, AZ. You’ll coach teammates, deliver Nike Service Principles, and help customers find the right products, while maintaining store standards.

You’ll work 34-40 hours weekly, including nights and weekends. Must be 18+, with 1 year retail experience, strong customer service, and flexibility. Nike offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities
