SMC Ltd. in Massachusetts is seeking a Plastic Injection Molding Supervisor to oversee the molding floor, start-up of machines, and shift disposition. You will lead a team of operators, technicians, and temporary staff to meet daily production goals.
You will drive continuous improvement through Kaizen and LEAN practices, ensure ISO and cGMP compliance, and maintain safety and housekeeping across all related areas.

Job Summary
Responsible for supervising all activities on the molding room floor including machine start‑ups and shift disposition.
