Job summary

National Oilwell Varco is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to lead daily drill pipe inspection activities in Odessa, TX. You will supervise field personnel, manage resources and schedules, and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery in alignment with company policies and industry standards.

You will drive operational excellence, support customer satisfaction, and foster a strong safety culture while coordinating with operations and field teams to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in drill pipe inspection, NDT, or oilfield services.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of inspection methods (EMI, UT, visual) and industry standards (API, DS-1).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
