Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a qualified professional in Sunnyvale, CA to support field service operations and production activities. The role involves coordinating tool shipping, facility access, travel, and expense reporting for field technicians, while planning and reporting on production status and time entries.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree with several years of relevant experience, and be able to obtain a US government secret clearance. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience; Master’s Degree with 3 years experience (additional 4 years may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• Experience leading functional teams including coaching and mentoring, conflict resolution, team development, and employee engagement.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic production work environment.
• Experience with MS Office products - PowerPoint, Project, Excel, Word.
• Experience articulating and presenting risk management concepts.
• Ability to obtain a US Government secret clearance.
• US citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or other technical field.
• Experience with engineering drawings (GD&T), inspection methods, and technical procedures.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience with production/handling of marine machinery or equivalent.

Primary Level Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $165,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
