Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Supervisor for our Leesburg, VA location to drive sales, lead a team, and uphold brand standards.

You will coach staff, ensure product knowledge, manage cash handling, and oversee store operations to achieve daily goals with a focus on exceptional customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (5+ years of retail work experience may be substituted for a degree)
• Minimum 3 years retail experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in store management position
• Solid experience and demonstrated skills in supervising, coaching and training sales associates
• Strong apparel experience
• Extremely strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills across channels

• Effective interpersonal and organizational skills; especially when it comes to working directly with senior level directors
• Impeccable communication skills across all channels with an ability to get the message across over IM, email, phone, text, smoke signals, Morse code and carrier pigeon - all at the same instance
• Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy
• Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly
• Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in LS & Co.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements or $18.80 - $31.30 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
