Job summary

JCPenney in Lee, MA is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the store leadership and drive sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will help execute store operations, mentor teammates, and maintain visual standards to reflect the brand.

You will engage customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and perform POS tasks on shifts, reporting to the Store Manager. This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume apparel business is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations if needed.

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range USD $15.75/Hr -USD $21.63/Hr.
