Job summary

RXO is hiring a Supervisor for Last Mile Operations to lead a team and maximize productivity in our US network. You will guide associates, manage inventory, and ensure safe, efficient delivery operations.

The role requires at least 2 years in supervision and 5 years in logistics or transportation, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Strong communication, math and leadership skills are essential; MS Office experience helps.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation; experience with Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math skills and solid analytical ability.
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign work activities and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates in equipment use and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials and supplies.
• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to safety procedures and programs.
• Manage inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation.
• Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance.

Compensation for this role is $52,000 - $67,500 annually. The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

Supervisor, Last Mile Operations

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Assign work activities and monitor group activities
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
