RXO, Inc. seeks a Last Mile Operations Supervisor in Charlotte, NC to lead a team and drive productivity in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will assign work, train associates, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily operations.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and solid analytical skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected. You’ll manage inventory, monitor equipment use, and collaborate across teams to meet service level goals.

Qualificações

• Must have 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Must have 5 years in logistics/transportation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assign work activities and monitor group performance.
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, procedures, and housekeeping.
• Monitor availability of tools, materials and supplies.
• Oversee equipment usage and safety compliance.
• Manage inventory and reconcile merchandise.
• Address substandard performance and take corrective action.

As the Last Mile Operations Supervisor at RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error free.

What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like

• Assign work activities and monitor group activities
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials and supplies
• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs
• Manage inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation
• Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance

At a Minimum, You’ll Need

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation
• Experience with Microsoft Office

It’d Be Great If You Also Have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong math skills and solid analytical ability
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

This Job Requires The Ability To

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
