Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Last Mile Operations in the United States. Lead associates to maximize productivity, ensure professionalism, and strive for accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee daily tasks, equipment usage, safety procedures, and inventory control while driving efficient last mile performance. The role requires 2 years in supervision and 5 years in logistics or transportation, with strong communication, math, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong math skills and solid analytical ability
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

• Monitor availability of tools, materials and supplies

Compensation for this role is $52,000 - $60,000. The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

As the Supervisor, Last Mile Operations at RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error free.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Assign work activities and monitor group activities
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials and supplies
• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs
• Manage inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation
• Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• It’d be great if you also have:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong math skills and solid analytical ability
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
