Previous supervisory experience preferred. State licensure and/or professional certification through the ASCP BOC or equivalent, if not, must be attained within one year of hire.

• Collaborative Engagement: Partner with cross-functional healthcare teams to enhance patient flow, resolve customer service concerns, and support integrated care delivery.
• Educational Environment: Ensure ongoing professional development opportunities for care team members.
