Job summary

Vanderbilt University Medical Center seeks a Lab Client Services Admin to supervise and coordinate the integration of team and support functions within Clinical and Anatomic Pathology. You will plan daily objectives and oversee support personnel, in collaboration with the manager to uphold quality assurance and staff training.

This role emphasizes effective communication, problem solving, and safeguarding safety and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement and service excellence

Qualifications

  • 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Plans and sets day-to-day objectives for the team.
  • Coordinates and supervises the activities of support personnel.
  • Supports quality assurance functions and training of clerical staff for new faculty and staff.
  • Collaborates with the manager to ensure effective operations in Clinical and/or Anatomic Pathology.

Job Summary:

JOB SUMMARY
Supervises effective and efficient integration of team and support functions for Clinical and/or Anatomic Pathology departments. Plans, coordinates, and supervises the activities of support personnel. Works with manager to support quality assurance functions and training of clerical functions for new faculty and staff.
