Qualifications

• High level of accuracy in handling patient information and documentation.
• Minimum 3 years of Interventional Radiology experience.
• Current CPR/ACLS certification.
• Graduate of an AMA Council of Education program in radiologic technology or nursing degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Interventional Radiology staff including Tech I/II and lead techs and related nurses.
• Lead performance reviews and provide mentorship to the team.
• Ensure compliance with Radiation Policy and infection control guidelines.
• Utilize PACS to document and ensure quality patient care.
• Accurately charge patient accounts for exams and supplies.

Always the right career direction.Job Description SummaryThe Interventional Radiology Supervisor works closely with the Director of Radiology Services and radiologists to supervise and perform computerized tomography, ultrasound, and interventional radiology examinations, while contributing to the efficient operation of the department.
