Job Summary:The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of production workers on the manufacturing floor. They will ensure that production processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to established quality standards. The Production Supervisor will supervise production staff, assign tasks, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet production targets. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, enforcing safety regulations, and fostering a positive work culture. The Production Supervisor will work closely with other departments such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics to coordinate activities and resolve issues. They will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
