Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years’ direct work-related experience relating to Tank Cleaning, leadership is preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years Supervisory or foreman experience in similar role.
• Experience in training, monitoring, and mentoring employees.
• Must possess critical thinking, problem solving, time management, professionalism, and effective communication skills.
• Resolves work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.
• Experience completing daily Hazard Assessments.
• Experience in providing daily updates to Clients and Management.
• Experience in ensuring required Operating and Safe Work Procedures are followed.
• Experience or capability working in confined space with breathing apparatus.
• Excellent Safety record and Safety-focused experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and habits.
• Pre-planning deliverables for field staff to ensure project timelines are met.

• Must be proficient with computers and programs such as MS Office.
