Job summary

St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood, CO, is seeking a Supervisor, Imaging, to lead imaging units, coordinate daily activities, and supervise multiple modalities. The role emphasizes leadership, budget oversight, and delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced trauma and imaging environment.

You will guide staff, maintain accreditation, and drive quality initiatives while collaborating across disciplines to enhance patient outcomes within our Magnet-designated hospital.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Two years of experience as a technologist.
• ARRT, ARDMS, CNMT, RDCS or RCS registry in at least one modality.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Supervision across XR, CT, MRI, NM/PET, Ultrasound, Imaging Support, and EEG.

Responsibilities

• Performs imaging procedures in the area of specialty.
• Achieves and maintains accreditation (ACR) for modalities.
• Participates in QAPI and quality initiatives.
• Ensures CMS and Joint Commission standards compliance.
• Serves as technical SME and go-to person for registry area.
• Fosters trust and collaboration with staff, physicians, families, and patients.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to deliver relationship-based care.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Supervisor, Imaging, you will develop, achieve, and maintain the goals of assigned Imaging units, coordinating daily activities, and performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Every day you will provide leadership utilizing people, technology, and financial resources to efficiently provide services. You will promote a positive work environment, track key performance indicators (patient satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity, Red Rule compliance), and manage budgets and fiscal responsibility. To be successful in this role, you will possess strong leadership, operational management, and clinical imaging skills, a proven ability to manage financial resources, and a deep commitment to patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and Red Rule compliance.

• Performs imaging procedures in relative area of specialty as needed, providing safety for self, patients and all other individuals.
• Achieves and maintains available ACR accreditation for assigned modalities.
• Participates in QAPI and quality initiatives.
• Ensures compliance, provides coaching, and monitors staff to ensure they are adhering to CMS and Joint Commission standards.
• Serves as technical subject matter expert and goto person for their area of registry and specialty.
• Fosters trust and builds effective working relationships with associates, physicians, families, and patients.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop relationshipbased care model of delivery of services to patients.

We are offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus in addition up to $8,000 relocation assistance to new hires that meet the eligibility requirements

Job Requirements

Required

• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• Two (2) years of experience as a technologist
• ARRT, ARDMS, CNMT, Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or via CCI as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) registry in at least one of assigned modalities
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association
• Modalities to be supervised between 2 supervisors: XR, CT, MRI, NM/PET, Ultrasound, Imaging Support (including reading room and front desk), and EEG

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience
• Certification in one advanced modality such as CT, MRI, ARDMS, or CNMT
