Grayhill in LaGrange, IL is seeking a supervisor for the Mechanical Components group to coordinate processing of components and parts while upholding safety and quality standards.
You will study production schedules, estimate worker hours, establish procedures, train workers, and ensure product conformance to specifications; you will also maintain time and production records. Direct supervision of 10 or more associates is required, with opportunities for growth.

Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in processing components and parts in our Mechanical Components group.
Directly supervises 10 or more regular and temporary associates. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
