Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) for night shift. The role requires ICU experience and at least 1 year in a charge or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, maintaining patient safety, and optimizing department operations to support excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years ICU experience.
• Must have 1+ years charge or supervisory experience.
• RN license required; BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Job Summary

• CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION -Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer.
