This position is part of Framatome's Installed Base Outage Services organization. This organization focuses on performing reactor maintenance and refueling activities during scheduled outages. The Outage Services Engineering team helps develop tooling that is utilized during these outages to enhance safety, improve efficiency, and increase reliability. They also support specialized and infrequently performed maintenance activities to ensure first‑time quality that meets our customer's needs. As a supervisor, you will lead a team of tooling engineers to ensure successful execution of special projects and tooling development for the PWR and BWR fleet.

What You'll Do Day‑to‑Day

• Ensures effective performance of engineering assignments.
• Plans and directs the timely execution of engineering activities, as assigned.
• Ensures projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives and customer standards.
• Ensures adherence to government, organization and customer engineering standards and procedures.
• Monitors goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members.
• Works interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships.
• Researches and assesses best practices, proposing methods and improvements.
• Works on special projects, as directed. Performs other related duties and tasks, as required.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Dependent on the position, degrees in Physics, Engineering Technology and Engineering Science may also be accepted.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria.
• Good communication skills to comprehend and convey detailed technical data.
• Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.

• Experience working with SolidWorks and/or SmarTeam applications.

Total Rewards Package

• Salary: $99,000 - $134,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
