Position Overview

The EVS Supervisor stays current with EVS best practices and promotes an engaged workforce. Responsibilities include coordinating daily assignments to ensure all areas are cleaned according to established guidelines, monitoring and inspecting work to ensure policies and procedures are followed, and working closely with the EVS Leadership Team to address concerns and improve quality. Skills required include proficiency in Outlook and Excel, ability to work independently, flexibility, good judgment, workload prioritization, and broad knowledge of departmental and organizational policies.
