Job summary

Maury Regional Health is seeking a House Supervisor to lead staffing, patient placement, and clinical operations in the Emergency Department on evening shifts (3x12).

The role requires an active TN RN license (or compact if outside TN) and current BLS/ACLS/PALS credentials, with strong leadership and patient-care focus to maintain clinical excellence and safety.

Qualifications

• RN license in TN or Compact required.
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS and PALS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing and patient placement in the Emergency Department and staffing/supervision in the absence of administrators.
• Ensures adherence to nursing procedures and protocols; procures supplies/equipment for patient care.
• Acts as senior administrative leader for in-house operations during assigned shifts.

The House Supervisor is responsible for staffing, patient placement/management center activities, implementation of nursing procedures/protocols, participation in and evaluation of patient care needs/requirements and procurement of supplies and equipment to provide patient care. Serves as senior administrative person in-house in the absence of members of administration.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Valid RN License in TN or Compact if living outside of TN – Required

American Heart Association (BLS, ACLS, PALS) - Required
