As a Practice Supervisor on this team, you will be an integral part of the patient's Banner experience looking to provide each person with the best customer service and patient care, and manage the day to day operations of a busy, high volume cardiology practice with a team of 100+. Management of various team members to include but not limited to: administrative staff, clinical staff and technical staff. Partners with physicians and APPs to improve overall clinical operations, enhance efficiency and be a champion for the patient and provider experience. Prefer previous healthcare management experience (1 – 2 years +). Prefer previous experience managing cardiology practices and programs.
