SpaceX in Texas is seeking a Supervisor, Hardware Reliability for Starlink to lead a team of technicians and specialists in root cause analysis of production failures on Starlink hardware. You will own day-to-day lab operations, drive improvements with manufacturing and design teams to reduce failures and improve yield, and set priorities across shifts while communicating findings to stakeholders.

As a Supervisor on the Starlink Hardware Reliability team, you will lead a group of technicians and specialists responsible for root causing production failures on Starlink hardware. You will own the day-to-day operations of the production root cause lab and drive improvements that directly enhance product reliability and manufacturing quality.
