Job summary

Covenant Health is seeking a dedicated food service professional for our hospital dining operations. You will support tray service, assist with patient visits, and help manage daily department scheduling and staffing at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, TX.

Role emphasizes sanitation, cash handling during shifts, and participation in special catering events. Prior healthcare food service is preferred; ServSafe certification readiness is required within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• On the job training will be provided.
• National ServSafe Manager Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in food establishments is required.
• Preferred: Certified Dietary Manager or equivalent.
• Preferred hospital or healthcare food service experience.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
