Job summary

WM is seeking a maintenance supervisor in Alaska to lead the shop team, schedule repairs, and ensure safety and quality in day-to-day operations. The role requires strong leadership, adherence to policies, and proactive reporting.

The successful candidate will oversee coaching, training, and performance reviews while maintaining inventory and coordinating with drivers and maintenance requests. This on-site role offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4 years years of relevant work experience. (in addition to education requirements)
• Driver's License Valid Driver's License Upon Hire

• Oversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.
• Interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations.
• Creates and submits reports as necessary.
