Department Overview

The Field Marketing Supervisor will report directly to the Field Marketing Execution Director. This individual will be responsible for supporting and managing marketing initiatives within the McDonald's Headquarters as well as supporting our field marketing staff. These responsibilities will maintain and strengthen the McDonald's brand position (sales, transactions and cash flow) by supporting areas of responsibility, as well as strengthening local marketing efforts through support of field marketing staff through optimization and alignment while upholding McDonald's brand standards.
