Central Maine Power Co is seeking a Supervisor-Field Customer Service to oversee customer service functions, billing, credit, and meter services from Alfred, ME. This role leads a team of representatives and ensures service quality while coordinating field activities with Engineering and Marketing.
The position requires an Associate's degree with significant experience or a high school diploma with progression training and extensive relevant experience.
Location: Alfred, ME.
Reports to: Sr. Manager-Regional Operations

The salary range for this position is based on experience level ranging from $87,600 to $109,500 plus up to 16% bonus
Plans, directs and supervises customer service functions including billing, credit, customer service contact, specialty and meter services, and collection activities. Supervises customer service activities to provide efficient, economical services to customers.
