Job summary

CHI St. Vincent is seeking a Supervisor, Environmental Services to help our healthcare team maintain a clean and safe environment for optimal patient care. You will oversee daily EVS operations, manage staff, and ensure adherence to infection prevention standards.

You will lead the EVS team, monitor supplies and equipment, conduct inspections, and implement strategies to improve cleaning efficiency while maintaining high quality. Healthcare experience and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience supervising institutional housekeeping.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Supervisor, Environmental Services at CHI St. Vincent, you will help our healthcare team maintain a clean and safe environment so they can provide optimal patient care.

Every day you will oversee and coordinate environmental services operations. You will be expected to manage staff, ensure compliance with infection prevention standards, and optimize cleaning procedures.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong leadership and organizational skills, experience in healthcare environmental services, and a commitment to patient safety.

Pay Range
