Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Laboratory Operations Supervisor to oversee daily lab activities, staff scheduling, and QA/ compliance in cardiac imaging. You will lead workflow, ensure equipment readiness, and develop protocols to meet ICAEL and regulatory standards.
The role requires RDMS or RDCS, 5 years of cardiac ultrasound experience, and prior management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to maintain high-quality studies and regulatory adherence.
GENERAL OVERVIEW:
Responsible for the day to day operations of the laboratory including work assignments, work flow, staff scheduling and competency, oversight of equipment availability and maintenance, protocol and procedure development and establishing and monitoring laboratory QA and compliance with ICAEL and other regulatory agencies.
