Job summary

AlmCare in Richmond, KY is seeking a SCL Supervisor to oversee waiver services and supervise Direct Support Professionals and Community Access Specialists. You will monitor services, manage scheduling, ensure Medicaid waiver compliance, and facilitate meaningful community activities for the people we support.

This full-time, day-shift role requires at least 1 year of waiver experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year direct experience working with Michelle P. and SCL waivers.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Program & Field Management: Conduct service monitoring, manage scheduling and supervision, ensure compliance, and help organize meaningful community activities.
• Compliance & Care: Maintain participant health records, attend Service Plan of Care meetings to establish quality goals, and ensure Medicaid waiver service compliance.
• Team Leadership: Conduct interviews, participate in the hiring process, provide ongoing supervision to direct support staff, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Matching & Support: Create positive, meaningful matches between participants and direct support staff. Provide temporary direct support if needed while actively hiring a permanent match.
• Culture: Bring enthusiasm to the role, foster independence, and have fun with the people we support!
