Job summary

Metropolis Technologies is seeking a Location Support Associate to help manage a parking location day-to-day and ensure operations align with contracts and policies. You will assist with customer interactions and maintain a professional image while supporting maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, improving customer satisfaction, and covering shifts as needed to keep operations running smoothly at the Las Vegas location.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. One month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Clear writing and ability to interpret information.
• Positive attitude and service orientation.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location and ensure operations follow contracts and policies.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers and maintain a professional image.
• Help maintain and repair parking equipment and perform maintenance as directed.
• Report safety hazards or policy violations promptly to the Facility Manager.

• Substitute for other positions as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of garage layout, streets, landmarks, and freeways.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day management of a location, ensuring parking operations adhere to contractual guidelines, company policies, and procedures.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with the management of day‑to‑day activities of the assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers and maintain a professional image.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and conduct general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.
• Help clean up debris, water, oil spills, and other sanitation tasks.
• Substitute for any position as needed.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways surrounding the garage.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience – Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and at least one month of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Oral Communication – Speaks clearly, listens, and responds well to questions.

Written Communication – Writes clearly and informatively; able to read and interpret written information.

Customer Service – Maintains a positive attitude and responds to requests for service and assistance.

Adaptability – Adapts to changes in the work environment and handles change, delays, or unexpected events.

License Requirement – Must possess and maintain a valid state‑issued driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.

Physical Demands

Requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, use of hands and fingers, handling or feeling objects, and talking. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching may be necessary. Must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Salary and Benefits

Salary – $20.00 per hour.
