Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Distribution Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to lead a high-performing hourly workforce and drive transformational distribution improvements. The role focuses on operations control, customer service, and safety, with accountability for stock, orders, shipments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to meet targets, manage resources efficiently, and promote a culture of accountability and engagement while aligning with business goals.

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of supply chain/distribution/warehouse experience (3+ in leadership), orAssociate degree with 7+ years (4+ in leadership).

This role manages the receiving, storing, and distribution of finished goods while ensuring operational efficiency, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. Leveraging computerized systems, this role monitors stock levels, fulfills customer orders, and manages shipments and deliveries. The position requires a proven ability to lead through change, optimize processes, and resolve conflicts effectively, while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
