DSV Air & Sea Inc. in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Supervisor, Driver Operations to oversee day-to-day driver activities, ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time transportation operations.
You will lead a driver team, coach performance, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to maintain service excellence. The role emphasizes leadership, DOT regulatory knowledge, and hands-on use of TMS and reporting tools to support operational decisions and driver scheduling.
The Supervisor, Driver Operations is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day activities of company drivers to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant transportation operations. This role provides leadership and support to a team of drivers while coordinating operational activities that promote on‑time delivery, regulatory compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role operates across both office and active yard and warehouse environments, where the employee may be exposed to varying temperatures, outdoor weather conditions, moving vehicles and equipment, and noise levels consistent with an active transportation and logistics operation. Adherence to all applicable safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements is expected when working in yard and warehouse areas. The employee works in a fast‑paced operational setting and may be required to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, respond to time‑sensitive transportation issues, and maintain focus during periods of high activity. Extended hours may occasionally be required to support operational needs, driver scheduling, or service continuity.
For this position, the expected base pay range is $62,400-$80,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
