Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Deal Analytics Supervisor to lead scoping and planning for analytics engagements, analyze business and financial data, and deliver insights to clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage workflows, and coach junior staff to ensure quality outputs.

The role requires a strong financial acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritize complex problems across multiple engagements. Travel is required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics, mathematics, computer science or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience.
• Experience supporting M&A or transaction analytics recommended.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

As a Deal Analytics Supervisor, you will assist in project scoping and strategic planning, research and analyze business strategies, and develop insightful analyses. You will design data integration workflows, execute various data and analytic techniques, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to present findings and prepare client deliverables. Additionally, you should possess strong financial and business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and solve business problems creatively.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $101,000 - $203,000

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
