BMA Group Panama is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor - Verification (Nevera) to lead a 10–15 person team and ensure accuracy in all audits. You will oversee merchandise verification, handle discrepancies, and coordinate with drivers and internal departments to keep loading and unloading running smoothly.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM shift.

You will oversee the verification process, maintain quality standards, and lead a team of 10-15 employees. Responsibilities

• Ensure that all merchandise is audited thoroughly, promptly, and accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of deficiencies found during audits and take immediate corrective actions.
• Verify returns from carriers, ensuring that the correct quantities are accounted for.
• Support the coordination and communication with drivers regarding the designated loading docks for merchandise.
• Maintain effective communication with the Traffic, Billing, and Selection departments to assign priorities to the verification team.
• Supervise a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager, providing updates on team performance and operational challenges.
