Responsibilities

Management

• Provides immediate supervision to semi-skilled support team members. Assigns tasks and monitors work at frequent intervals. Maintains schedules and workflow of the team
• Manages personnel details to include salaries, positioning, hire/fire, reviews, coaching and training

Project / Infrastructure Site Management

• Plans, coordinates, budgets, and implements resources to complete projects and maintenance within the data centers. Executes specified routine tasks. Meets unit targets typically against a weekly plan
• Provides input and guidance towards budget
• Overall site capacity supervision

Vendor Management

• Oversees contractor work and operations to ensure completion to Equinix's required standards

Testing

• Assists with start up tests, documenting and reporting all problems

Incident Management

• Communicates and coordinates activities and on-site staff during an incident

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: United States - DA6 Dallas : 80,000 - 120,000 USD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
