HCA Florida Northside Hospital in Saint Petersburg, FL is hiring a full-time CT Supervisor. The role involves supervising technologists in the CT Department, ensuring quality patient care, coordinating daily schedules and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate (or equivalency) plus successful completion of college/technical training program in field of practice.
• Valid ARRT (CT) credential.
• Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of CT experience, preferably in an acute-care hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient, prompt, courteous service to 5 major areas in priority fashion: Surgery, ER, STATS, OP and IP.
• Offer solutions and develop action plans in response to patient, physician or service complaints
• Coordinate all daily schedules for your department assuring no service delays
• Organize procedural workflow to assure optimum efficiency throughout the department
• Ensure all equipment is in proper working order avoiding costly downtime and unexpected repairs; Ensure preventative maintenance is performed properly
• Maintain a cohesive team atmosphere of highly motivated, patient-focused caregivers
• Assure continuous cross training of technologists and personnel

Job Summary and Qualifications

We are currently seeking a full-time CT Supervisor. As a CT Supervisor, you must be able to work in a technical capacity performing all duties encountered by a staff technologist and supervise technologists and/or ancillary personnel assigned to the CT Department.
