Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Construction to lead field construction management and inspection teams for Core Programs US. This role ensures safe, on-budget project execution across a portfolio of facilities and pipeline projects.

You will guide scope formation, cost estimates, schedules, and collaboration with internal partners and contracted providers. The ideal candidate brings a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 7+ years in pipeline/facilities construction, knowledge of codes

This includes the safe and effective field execution of an annual portfolio of Construction Projects. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located without requiring sponsorship from Enbridge now or in the future.What You Will Do:Lead the Construction team and be accountable for all field construction activities and outcomes.Plans, organizes, and directs Construction Teams to deliver projects within the approved budgets, specified deadlines and in accordance with regulatory requirements.Support the Project Development team by contributing to the formation of construction scope, cost estimates, spend profiles, and detailed schedules.Engage with Project Controls, Supply Chain Management and other internal partners and manage the relationship with the Contracted Service Providers.Who You Are:Hold a related bachelor’s degree, college diploma, journey person certification, and/or a combination of related construction or operational training and/or experience.Minimum of 7+ years progressively responsible working experience in the pipeline and/or facilities industry. This includes a solid understanding of pipeline and/or facilities construction principles, industry standards, governmental regulations and detailed and/or project management experience. For candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3-years is required (total 10+ years).Must have exposure to Engineering, Construction and Field operations which include knowledge of excavation, welding, hoisting and equipment.Familiar with industry codes, regulations, standards, and specifications.Effective leadership skills which include cultivating a collaborative, hard-working team-focused approach and inspire change in a dynamic and fast paced environment.Role requires a valid driver’s license, which will be verified with a motor vehicle check prior to hire and the legal ability to cross the US and Canadian border.Working Conditions:Office environment with some field work.Scheduled travel to Enbridge offices, operating facilities, construction sites, and supplier facilities (up to 40%). Ability to travel throughout Canada and United States.
