Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Supervisor Computed Tomography to lead daily Medical Imaging operations, ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate imaging activities with leadership and support imaging staff in delivering efficient, accurate studies.

The role requires ARRT, IEMA Radiology, CBCS/BLS, and 3 years in a medical imaging modality; 7 years preferred. OSF offers growth, benefits, and PSLF eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associates in Completion of a formal Radiologic Technology program with associated certificate or degree.
• ARRT certification; IEMA Radiology; BLS (AHA)
• 3 years in a Medical Imaging modality required; 7 years preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Medical Imaging Department ensuring exemplary patient experience.
• Coordinate activities of Team Members performing Medical Imaging procedures with department leadership.
• Perform direct patient care/imaging as qualified to support department workflow.

Expected pay for this position is $42.06 - $54.42/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Supervisor Computed Tomography is responsible for the daily operations of the Medical Imaging Department, ensuring exemplary patient experience, delivery of high quality services and compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinates the activities of Team Members performing Medical Imaging procedures in collaboration with Medical Imaging leadership. Performs direct patient care/imaging as qualified to assist with department workflow.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Associates in Completion of a formal Radiologic Technology program with associated certificate or degree

Licenses/Certifications:

• ARRT-American Registry of Radiologic Techs


• IEMA- Radiology


• BLS certification - AHA

Experience:

• 3 years in a Medical Imaging Modality

Other skills/knowledge:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

• 7 years of experience in a Medical Imaging Modality


• Enrollment or completion of B.S. program


• Previous experience supervising/managing people
