About the Role

Working under direction of the Clinical Resource Nurse Manager, the CRM Supervisor provides direct oversight of Resource Pool, Agency, and Contingent staff. This role supports the leadership team with day-to-day operations of the department to include timekeeping, department schedules, invoice preparation and review for Agency/Contingent staff, creation of pre-hires and system access request (SAR) in Workday for Agency/Contingent staff, departmental data collection and associated metrics, and all other duties as assigned. The Supervisor position is tightly integrated with the Nurse Manager, Assistant-Nurse Manager, and Clinical Educator of the Clinical Resource Management team and responsibilities are defined below.

Minimum Job Qualifications

Essential Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Resource Pool, Agency, and Contingent staff timekeeping functions. To include but not limited to daily timecard reconciliation, review of missed punches, correct time-type, correct position profile, proper incentive utilization, proper allocation of PTO, Stand-by, and ATO hours, proper department costing of employee worked hours, processing of payroll check request, etc.
  • Serves as the key contact for Resource Pool, Agency, and Contingent Staff for timekeeping concerns.
  • In coordination with Clinical Resource Nurse Manager, assumes responsibility for maintenance, communication and implementation of changes within their area of responsibility.
  • Supports Contingent Labor/Agency by managing pre-hire work and invoice reconciliation through Workday and Agency platforms.
  • Maintains Clinical Resource Management department stats, metrics, and assist with report development and maintenance as it relates to departmental timekeeping.
  • Attends Clinical Resource Management and Resource Pool departmental meetings.
  • Responsible for the placement of SARs, IT Tickets, Facility Maintenance Tickets, etc. for the Clinical Resource Department.
  • Manages resources within budgetary constraints (time and attendance, supply ordering, overtime, capital request, etc.)
  • Completes department specific & annual education requirements within specific timelines.
  • Exhibits flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs.
