PCI Pharma Services in Bridgewater, MA, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Operations team on the first shift. You will lead the production floor, ensure safety, quality and timely delivery, and coordinate with multiple departments to optimize performance.
The role requires 1–3 years supervisory experience or an Associate's degree, with strong math and computer skills. Training and development are provided, with potential overtime as needed.

Responsible For (Staff): Yes
The Production Supervisor is responsible for the safety, quality, and operational excellence for their shift and value stream. In this role they direct and coordinates daily, weekly and monthly objectives and activities for their value stream. Manage the overall workflow by assigning responsibilities to direct reports for the production floor to ensure right first time and on time delivery to our customers.

The hiring rate for this position is $68,480-$77,040 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
