Works with lab management to perform various administrative tasks that ensure section/shift operates in an efficient, effective manner. Meets CLIA criteria for General Supervisor, Technical Supervisor and Testing Personnel. This position may require flexibility of hours.

Education

Experience/Training

Must have experience as required by the specific position, including personnel requirements as defined by CLIA.

Licenses/Certifications

Required: Current Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Clinical Microbiologist Scientist (CMS) or Clinical Chemistry Scientist (CCS) or Clinical Hematology Scientist (CHS) issued by California Department of Public Health (CDPH)

Pay Range

The estimated base rate for this position is $55.61 - $84.82. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
