Valley Health System in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Supervisor, Certified Medical Assistant to lead CMA staff and oversee day-to-day clinical operations. You will coordinate CMA workflow, onboarding, training, and performance, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to Valley standards.

The role requires a valid CMA/RMA credential, NJ-recognized MA program completion, and 3 years CMA experience with supervisory or leadership exposure. Strong EMR and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Completion of a formal Medical Assistant program recognized by the State of New Jersey required
• Current and valid CMA or RMA certification recognized by the Board of Examiners required
• Minimum 3 years CMA experience in a physician office or clinic preferred
• Experience in supervision, lead or mentoring roles preferred
