Job summary

Oklahoma Heart Hospital (OHH) in Oklahoma City is seeking a Cath Lab Supervisor to support daily operations and patient care management. You will work closely with the Cath Lab director and nursing leadership to ensure safe, efficient cath lab services and regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will provide hands-on patient care for about 75% of your shift, mentor staff, coordinate resources, and assist in special projects that advance our mission of compassionate, high-quality heart care for

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure: RN with Oklahoma licensure, ACLS within 18 months of hire, BLS; CCRN preferred.
• Experience: at least 3 years in Cath Lab; 1–2 years of management experience preferred; CCU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cath Lab manager/director in daily lab operations and patient care management.

Responsibilities

The Cath Lab Supervisor is primarily responsible for the assisting the manager/ director in day-to-day operations of the cath lab with regard to patient care management, resource management, knowledge and adherence to federal and state regulations. Actively participates in direct patient care 75% of the time. Collaborates with the Cath Lab manager/ director and other managers and directors in sharing of staff and resources, as well as assists in the cross training of the staff. Assists the manager/ director as needed for projects aimed at achieving the hospital mission and incorporating the values of the hospital in day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Licensure/Certification: Registered Nurse with current Oklahoma licensure, ACLS within 18 months of hire and current BLS certification required. CCRN preferred.

Experience: Minimum of three (3) years continuous clinical experience in the Cath Lab, which includes two (1) years of recent management experience preferred. Previous experience in the Critical Care Unit preferred.
