Medical City Lewisville is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse in a supervisory Case Management role to lead social work and case management staff, ensuring quality and integrity of care. You will oversee daily operations, participate in recruitment and staff development, and align case management activities with regulatory standards.
The full-time position is a daytime role with weekday hours and occasional weekend coverage.

As a Supervisor in Case Management RN, you will provide leadership for social work and case management staff ensuring quality and integrity of care delivered. This role will be responsible for being the main resource for Case Managers, and to supervise, interact and guide the team to ensure quality and integrity of care, as well as aligning the Case Management staff to adhere to TJC and CMS regulations. Working supervisor able to execute the job description of the Case Manager, as well as a leadership focus, which includes the following: supervises daily operations and activities of case management staff, under the direction of the manager and director, helps to create business plans for case managers, participates in the recruitment, interviewing, selection, orientation, development and on-going evaluation/retention of case management staff, and promotes a supportive environment that encourages teamwork and adherence to the Excellence Always standards.
